Return and Exchange Conditions...
  • Time Frame: Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. We believe this provides ample time for you to evaluate your purchase.
  • Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition that you received them. This means unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that do not meet these conditions.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges...
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you need to exchange an item due to a defect or damage, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
  • Size or Style Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
